I’ve been able to dig up (with the aid of Google translate and a link posted on taleworlds.net) some screenshots of the recently announced ‘Mount & Blade: Ogniem i Mieczem’ (With Fire and Sword in English, or Огнём и мечом in Russian). This standalone game based on the M&B engine is inspired by Henryk Sienkiewics trilogy of historical novels – With Fire and Sword (1884), The Deluge (1886), & Fire in the Steppe (1888) – set in the Poland during the 17th Century.
