The single player aspect of ‘Mount & Blade: Warband’ will now be tested, and the developers are looking for people, modders especially, who have experience with Python and scripting. Testers will also get access to some of the new modding tools that will be available in the expansion. A new open beta has been released for ‘Star Wars: Conquest’, adding more cultures to kingdom management, some custom music, arena’s for Taooine and Mon Cal, expanded troop trees and more. If you want to exchange your trusty steed for a speeder bike, I suggest you download the mod!

A new image has popped up on the TaleWorlds forums showing what appears to be the new ‘Mount & Blade: Warband’ box cover art. The artwork is made by artist Ganbat Badamkhand, who have done a lot of the concept art for the game. So, what do you all think? Is it better than the old cover below?

Ealabor’s been churning out previews for ‘Hegemony 268 B.C.’ lately, and now the time has come for him to give us a sneak peek at the Chremonidean League, a coalition made up of Greek City-states such as Athens and Sparta. Come this way for screenshots of the league’s troops.

‘Hegemony 268 B.C.’ is a modification for ‘Mount & Blade’.
Polish publisher CD Projekt have released a new trailer for ‘Mount & Blade: Ogniem i Mieczem’, which is being developed by Sich Studio and Snowberry Connection. M&B:OiM is based on the ‘Mount & Blade’ engine, but will be a completely standalone game inspired by Henryk Sienkiewicz’ With Fire and Sword trilogy set in the 17th Century in Poland and the surrounding lands.
There will be five factions included in the game: the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, the Russian Empire, the Kingdom of Sweden, Cossack Ukraine, and the Krimean Khanate.
‘Mount & Blade: Ogniem i Mieczem’ is set to be released in Eastern Europe on November 20th. More information about the game can be found here (Polish).
A new faction preview showcasing Carthage has been released for ‘Hegemony 268 B.C.’, a modification for ‘Mount & Blade’ that is set in the Greco-Roman world of the Hellenistic Era. The Carthaginian troops are all divided into different sections, such as the regional Balearic, Numidian & Libyan arms, and every unit is given its moment in the spotlight in the screenshots posted here.
The latest preview for ‘Hegemony 268 B.C.’ features the troops for famous Germanic tribes such as the Cherusci, Sweboz and Chatti. Their names look impossible to pronounce, and what they mean I have no idea, but they look fantastic and capable of kicking ass. The preview can be found here.
New screenshots have surfaced from ‘The Peninsular War’, a Napoleonic Era mod for ‘Mount & Blade’. Mod developer Dain Ironfoot posted masses of them here, so head on over there and gawk.
