davide.cool is back with another historical battle map for ‘Medieval II: Total War – Kingdoms’ (although this is a fictional one unlike his last Battle of Thermopylae map) featuring the Incas (or Mayans, in-game) and Spanish in a battle to control the Lost City of the Incas. The Incas have to defend their last refuge, while the Conquistadors have to meet an initial ferocious attack before they can advance up the mountain and take the city. The battle is set in 1570, and the map has been manually created. Read more, and download, here.

There are three versions of GS: one for ‘Empire: Total War’ v1.5, one for ‘DarthMod Empire’, and one for ‘Imperial Splendour’. They can all be found in the mod’s thread.

Yes, it does seem like Trollocs will be invading Faerûn soon, as the creator of the creatures you see above is expecting a release by the end of this October. Trollocs are – for those of you who are not familiar with them – large, evil man/animal hybrids and servants of the Dark One in Robert Jordan’s The Wheel of Time series of fantasy books. Not the nicest of chaps, in other words. The developer of the mod, Lanndon Blackmon, also revealed that he is currently working on a WoT total conversion for ‘Neverwinter Nights 2′. You can read his announcement here.
