An announcement has been posted on the ‘Eve of Destruction’ website about the release of EoD Classic v2.0 in 2010. The new version will have improved sounds & effects, twenty new maps that will be ported from ‘Battlefield 1942′, and those ports will be completely rebuilt and not 1:1 remakes.
